OCC Eyecare is located in 1880 Sismet Road in Mississauga and 2630 Rutherford Rd #105 in Vaughan,Ontario.

We accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

3. How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email with confirmation and shipping information

4. How do I refill a prescription?

You can choose to have the item delivered everymonth through the subscription option.

5. What is your refund policy?

30 day policy for unopened/unused items

6. How do I return an item?

You can mail them back to us with your order number to our office at 1880 Sismet road Mississauga, or you can come and drop the item yourself in any of our locations.

7. How do I cancel an order?

Please email info@occeyecare.ca with your order number and cancellation request.

8. How long does it take for orders to ship?

Please allow 1-2 days for processing time and shipping.

9. Do you ship internationally?

No, currently Only in Canada.

10. What are your shipping rates?

We use Canada post to ship orders. Standard and expedited shipping rates are available. We also have an option for free in-store pick up for your order.
